Peter Stevens, from Australia, will give a five-hour workshop showing how to build a Joe cell, how to install it on a car, and how to run the car on the Joe cell -- with the car's fuel line disconnected (hopefully!).

Tai Robinson will give a presentation on clean fuel conversions for vehicles.  Ken Rauen will give a presentation do demonstrate a key principle involved in harnessing energy from ambient heat.

• NEC Announces Substitute Presentation for Joe Cell Seminar - Due to the lack of a validation of Peter Stevens' claims to run a vehicle on a Joe Cell with fuel line disconnected, substitute presentations on clean fuel conversions and the Proell effect are now planned for the July 30 seminar in Salt Lake City. • New Energy Congress presses Peter Stevens for validation of Joe Cell claims - With a few days turning into two months, and the Joe Cell Seminar looming, the Congress is setting a deadline for Stevens to demonstrate his claim to be able to get a vehicle to run completely on a Joe cell, with fuel line disconnected. About Peter Stevens (ARCHIVE)

Note: This review is presented as an archive of what was claimed by Peter Stevens.  As of July 1, 2006, more than two months after Stevens agreed to provide validation of his claims, these claims have not yet been validated.

Peter Stevens, of NSW Australia, has been installing Joe cells on vehicles for about 14 years.  In that time, he estimates that he has installed around 80 cells, 40-50 of which are exclusively running on a Joe cell, and 30-40 of which were installed to assist diesel engines, giving them improved efficiency of as much as 50%.  He has kept in touch with and knows off the top of his head of about 15 cars running with fuel line disconnected.

They have been "underground" down under because of the threats that have been made against Joe over the years, spilling over to keep these others quiet as well.

The first install was done along with "Joe", who lives nearby. They still get together regularly to this day, comparing notes and chatting.  Recently he assisted Bill Williams install a Joe cell to run his truck in America, with the fuel line disconnected.  Bill was approached on April 6, 2006 by two men, who threatened him, telling him to stop all his alternative energy research or else.... In Preparation for the Seminar

Peter Stevens will yet be invited to come if he can yet validate his technology claim.  If he does, the following resources will be useful in preparing for that workshop.

• If you have a vehicle running on a Joe cell, either exclusively, or as an assist, you are welcome to bring it to the seminar and demonstrate it.  We would appreciate having prior knowledge, but unannounced appearances will be welcome.
• The first part of the workshop, showing how to build a Joe Cell, will be most likely be held in the lecture hall.  The install and vehicle running portion will be held in the parking lot.  Be prepared with rain gear in the case of rainy weather.
