Ken Hegemann's MXLO Magnetic Motor replicationMXLO Magnet Motor Open Sourcing Project

Summary: This open sourcing project sponsored by Pure Energy Systems, based on a design by MXLO, commenced Mar. 3, 2004 and was active for about a month.  At least 14 (8 verified) replications were built, none of which worked, proving that MXLO plans are neither easy nor complete, contrary to what they insinuate on their site, which now redirects to the U.S. government's renewable energy site. On July 10, a hint about shielding was given that was not contained in the plans.

Never Got Kit; Just Got Download Link

I agree with John about MXLO being dishonorable.  I ordered the kit
when it was available for $89.95 and all I got was access to download
the plans which everyone else got for $29.95.  I never received the
kit of parts.  They ignored all correspondence as well and I never
received any refunds from them either.

Never Received Promised Refund

Subject: [pes_mxlo] no refund

On the 10th of March I requested a refund from mxlo and was told my
request was accepted.

They said refunds may take 7-10 business days, it is now 18 business
days and still no refund.

Sterling,

The following is the reply sent in regard's to a post made by a member in your PES group.

Dear Sir,

How and when did you purchase an $89.95 kit per your claim in the PES yahoo group?
We do not have your email address in our database as a customer nor have we received a request for a refund.
If you have purchased a kit and have returned it per our guarantee we will issue a refund.

Instead of making false accusations please provide your email receipt proving your purchase and we will look into your claim.

Thank you.
